Hi,

I'm in the process of buying a new Brewery.

In order to have some leverage at the bank, I'm looking for some general info of the value of a new system after 1,2,3,5,10,20 years.

Does anybody know where I can find these figures?

Here is my experience. Banks want to hide behind a third party expert (appraiser, licensed realtor, etc). So hire a brewery consultant, who does this for a living, to write you an opinion. If it is in writing, then you can take it to more than one bank while you are finance shopping.

Probably would cost less than $500 and this person may be able to answer other questions as well.

I have used Tim Lenahan for similar jobs in the past and been pleased.
