  • Sparkling Filling Machine

This seems like the only decent "low cost" option for bottling carbonated beer into 22's for a nano. Is that correct?

Does anybody have or could anybody take a quick video of this machine in operation?

This is the item I am referring to.

    Thanks!

We have the GW Kent machine. About a minute per bottle into 750's.

Ergonomic setup is a must...and don't forget rinsing, closures, labeling...wow, a meheen starts to look more and more attractive!

We just purchased this filler also. The manual leaves a lot to be desired, to say the least. It makes Yoda sound like a grammar instructor.

In toying with it so far, I am not having any luck with it actually purging with CO2. It starts pushing in liquid (testing with a keg of water right now) along with i guess CO2 on setting 1. Then on setting 2 it moves higher volume of liquid in.

The instructions said to turn off the CO2 to start filling and never says to turn back on, which obviously seems wrong. But I get the same results whether this is on or off.

        Any guidance would be appreciated.

        Thanks,
