Three Creeks Brewing Company is looking for an assistant brewer\cellarman to join our Brewpub facility in beautiful Sisters, Oregon.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
1+ year experience as an assistant brewer in a Brewpub or Production facility
1+ year of cellar experience including racking, tank\keg cleaning, sanitation, transfers
Familiarity with standard QA/QC processes
Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment (clean\transfer\carbonate)
Flexible availability, willing to work second shifts and weekends
Ability to repeatedly lift 125 pounds (kegs), bags of malt etc.
Knowledge and practices of safely handling chemicals, hot liquids and pressurized vessels
Willingness to perform any\all duties in the brewery, including packaging
Desire and commitment to represent brewery at events\festivals
Self Motivated
Team Player
Knowledge of brewing practices, and equipment, mechanical ability.
Brewing education preferred.
Forklift Certified a plus.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
