Hopvine Brewing Company is a new 8,200 square foot brewpub with a 5,000 square foot patio in Aurora, Illinois which will be opening late this spring. Hopvine will be an upscale casual brewpub. Our craft beer, brewed by our award-winning Brewmaster, will be paired with an array of high-quality, unique menu items created in our scratch kitchen.

Job Description
Hopvine Brewing Company is looking for a GM that can lead, inspire, and let creative personalities flow while maintaining costs, encouraging sales growth, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate recognizes that the management team must work closely with the staff in order to ensure the highest quality and service, every time a guest visits us.
The General Manager supervises all restaurant operations and personnel, including managers, and as such is responsible for the hiring and supervision of the whole team. A positive guest experience begins with the GM and the success of Hopvine Brewing Company starts there as well. We seek an individual that will embrace that responsibility and grow with it.
Requirements
4 years of General Management experience in a high volume, full service restaurant environment along with a desire to continually improve the food/beer culture. Proven success in controlling operations, a commitment to the highest industry standards, and a stable job history are a must. Your drive to succeed will be essential as a part of a team designed to optimize the guest experience.
