RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
All Aspects of Brewery ProductionRecipe Formulation & Ingredient Selection
Comply With Federal & State Guidelines
Customer Interaction and Staff Training
Purchasing
Handling and Assessment of Raw Materials and Grains
Representation at Off Premise Shows
Controlling quality of product and keeping the facility and equipment clean & operating
Perform QC & QA checks at various stages of the brewing process
Production logs and paperwork
Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
REQUIREMENTS:
Must Accept Position to See Install of Brewing System
Understand Science of Brewing
Passion for Brewing
Work Ethic-Personal Growth & Knowledge
Attention to Detail
Positive attitude
Ability to lift 55 lb grain sacks and 140 lb kegs
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Oral & written communication Skills
