View Full Version : What TIPS course should be taken for brewery taproom?

Does anyone know what TIPS course is the one to take for a brewery taproom that sells growlers/bottles for off premise consumption & as well as sampling on premise in the taproom? The On Premise course or Off Premise? Most is off premise but the sampling is on premise.

Any ideas?

Depends entirely on which ones your city recognizes. There's a lot of out there but as an example my city only recognizes 2 of them. Check with your city and see which ones they are recommending.
