  • Tri-jacketd Tank Piping

Couldn't find this question answered anywhere else so here we are. We are getting ready to pipe our glycol system and I was curious as to how those of you with tri-jacketed tanks plumb them. I want to soft pipe with quick disconnects from our supply and return header (I come from the wine making side and have fallen in love with the flexibility this method offers over hard piping). I am finding though this might be tricky with essentially 6 connection points on each tank. I know the easy answer would be to run all the jackets in a series with one send and one return but this puts me in an all or nothing situation in which either all three jackets are pumping glycol or no jackets are. Ideally I would like to be able to isolate and turn off the top jacket in the event we decide to do a half run for a batch. Any thoughts? Cheers.
