• Operate 10 BBL JVNW Brew House with an annual production of approximately 2000 barrels.
• Responsible for all aspects of the brewing process from grain to glass (mash in, grain out, yeast pitching and collection, transfers, finished beer carbonation).
• Worked with Microsoft Excel and Word on a regular basis to create documents for brewery production models and SOP's.
• Trained with Head Brewer on recipe formulation, QA procedures, and ongoing recipe improvements.
• Preformed Inventory and ordering of all raw materials and brewing supplies.
• Represent brewery at industry functions.
• Keg cleaning, bright tank and fermentation vessel CIP, lot's and lot's of cleaning and scrubbing.
