Hiring Experienced Shift Brewer in NorCal
Experienced Shift Brewer Wanted
Lost Coast Brewery in Eureka, CA is looking for an experienced shift brewer. We are in the process of building a 120 Bbl. brewery so this a chance to get in on the ground floor to brew in a state of the arts brewery. Lost Coast has been brewing quality beers for 23 years and are looking for a quality person to join our team.
Requirements:
1. 2 years of brewing experience in a production brewery with a working knowledge of all aspects of brewery operations.
2. Solid brewing knowledge and understanding of all aspects of production.
3. A strong knowledge of brewing equipment including: computerized brew house, filtering equipment,pumps and maintenance of all brewing equipment.
4. Professional degree or certification course in brewing or in related field.
5. A good understanding of quality assurance /quality control.
6. Must be able to work with a team of brewers.
7. Must be self motivated and able to work on your own.
Possible graveyard shifts or a rotating schedule.
