Element Brewing Company is accepting applications for an entry level brewer. No prior brewery experience is required. In exchange for your hard work and occasional long day for relatively low pay we will teach you to brew and package some amazing beer.
Element Brewing Company is a small but growing 3.5 year old company. We brew all of our beer on our 4-bbl system. We are located in a beautiful section of western Massachusetts with a thriving beer culture, lots of ways to enjoy the outdoors, and a decent selection of nightlife options due to the 5 colleges in the area.
Our Company will consist of you, the two owners (who have a combined total of nearly 40 years of professional brewing experience) and a sales person. So you will wear many hats, and be asked to do many things. But we try to enjoy ourselves along the way and manage to have fun most days.

TO GET THIS JOB YOU MUST
- Be willing to learn and follow instructions/procedures to the tee
- Have excellent cleaning and organizational standards
- Love beer (not just like it a lot)
- Be willing to do all sorts of jobs that do not directly relate to brewing and packaging beer. (Deliver beer, get supplies, clean the floors and ceilings and most everything in-between, help customers in our store, etc.)
- Have a mechanical aptitude and be able to use small tools
- Have strong communication skills and possess strong organizational skills.
- Be reliable, honest, ethical and hardworking
- Be physically able to do all the hard work that is brewing (lift 55# and occasionally more, work in cold and hot areas, bend, reach lift etc.)
AND YOU SHOULD
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to work alone – yet be a team player
- Have a somewhat flexible schedule (occasional early mornings and or later nights and some weekends)
- Be able to interact with the public in a professional manor
- Have a clean driving record and reliable transportation
