Brewhouse Equipment Finance Question

All,

Have a brewery in planning stages. Looking to more effectively manage the startup capital, so wanted to see if anyone has had any experience or thoughts on leasing and financing of equipment versus stratight out acquistion. Not sure if many of the companies will lease to a startup, but are there financing options out there with say 30%-50% down on the brewhous equipment?
