My name is Daniel and I am looking to turn my business experience and homebrewing skills into a new career in the brewing industry. I have degree in Economics and most recently have been working as a marketing and sales specialist at a custom home builder on the east coast.
I have acted as assistant brewer on a 15 bbl system twice where I shoveled grain, sanitized equipment, cleaned and filled kegs, and observed the brewery's workflow. I am passionate about beer, am technically skilled, and am very team oriented. My brewing experience started at home where I began all-grain brewing four years ago. In my spare time I study and harvest rare strains of yeast and sell them to homebrewers around the country.
