Fermenter to brite transfer help

I have a 2bbl stout tanks system. My fermenters can only hold 4 psi which is not enough pressure to transfer to brite with CO2. What pump should I use?

How tall are the brights? 4 psi would support a static head of ~9 ft. Even if you want to set it at 3 psi for safety (is there a PRV on the fermenter?), that's enough to support a 6+ ft beer column.

no prv. the manufacturer states that the tanks are not rated for pressure but should hold up to 4psi. the bright is just over 5 feet high. I am having trouble keeping pressure in the tanks the lid gasket keep blowing and releasing all of the pressure.

Let this be a lesson to others...

ANY tank that is supposed to hold pressure, or can hold pressure MUST have a Safety Relief Valve sized for proper pressure and flow and located appropriately. Any tank that can hold pressure that is NOT equipped with an SRV is substandard, under-designed, and not fit for use. There's no excuse for not having proper tank safety equipment. If your equipment manufacturer tells you that you aren't getting SRV's because "you don't need them" then they are misrepresenting the facts and should be avoided. Drop them from consideration. Insist on tanks that have standard, non-ASME pressure ratings to 1 bar. SRV should be set to about 90% of this. And nobody should be using a tank at above 1 bar without an ASME section 8 stamp for unfired pressure vessels. Anything else is unacceptable in US and elsewhere. Cheap equipment isn't worth anybody's life or limb.
