Is there a place/thread that can tell me realistic stats of first year output of brewery, or what to shoot for?

I think you're working this from the wrong end. First you have to decide what sales targets are reasonable for your business model, then size the brewhouse accordingly. I would actually shoot for a production capacity of at least 50% more than you think you need. Way too many breweries get the doors open and then immediately have to try to finance an expansion while they're already six figures in debt.Sent from my Microsoft Bob
Beer is like porn. You can buy it, but it's more fun to make your own.
