Brewing Exhaust Help

I am building out my location right now, and I'm trying to figure out exhaust requirements and was hoping you guys could help me. I have a 3200 sqft industrial space where I will be putting a 10bbl steam system. It has roll ups on either side, otherwise it is empty. Prior to the full system, I'll be brewing on my 1 bbl pilot to get going, which is a small 3 burner setup. At the top near the roof line I have a bunch of windows, and I was planning on exhausting the stack out of that spot. I didn't know what else I would need - would something like a standard window mount exhaust fan cover the rest of the place or will I need something more heavy duty, both prior to install of the large system and then after I install it?
