Topsail Brewing Company is a brewery in planning in Fairfax County, VA. Topsail Brewing Company will focus on bringing quality, hop-forward American ales to the local market. Topsail Brewing Company will not only be a neighborhood brewery, but will serve as a platform for home brewers to highlight their talents and hand crafted recipes.
Topsail is currently looking for a head brewer interested in being part of this exciting new opportunity in the NoVA craft beer market. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in all aspects of brewing. Because Topsail is still in the planning process, the head brewer will have the opportunity to be involved in the brewery design and layout. Since the Topsail philosophy is one of crewmembers, not employees, the head brewer will be offered equity in the brewery.
If you have accumulated experience and are looking for greater creative control, the ability to design your own workspace and the ability to participate as an equity owner, this opportunity may be perfect for you.
