We are pleased to present a job opening for an assistant brewer in our production/packaging brewery in Truckee, CA.
We brew a very unique and exciting line up of both standard clean beers as well as barrel aged sours. Our barrel aging facility is adjacent to the brew house and has a large amount of both Bourbon barrel aged and wine oak barrel aged beers we are currently nursing along !!
If you seek to learn from one of the best barrel aging beer brewers/blenders around today as well as gain hands on experience and knowledge in our clean brewery side, please send us a resume for review.

Please provide how long you have been brewing, and ALL experience you have even if it is minimal. We are seeking to hire experienced hands on brewers only with brew house time, not from pilot systems or home brewing systems but actual experiences at a functioning brewery. Packaging experience a plus.
Our facilities are located in the High Sierras (Tahoe City and Truckee) where we can get over 800 inches of snow in one season! ( 2010-2011 being the most recent time this happened) We average between 300-500 inches. Applicants not familiar with this area should research the Winter to make certain this is a place they would want to live! A strong passion for both beer and Mountain Sports is highly encouraged as 30-40 feet of snow can make Winters long if you don't have an outlet!!
