At the moment I am trying to draft a business plan for a 1000-1600L microbrewery. It is to be situated in Auckland, New Zealand.
As far as a business model goes, I would be selling kegs initally and moving into bottles as soon as possible.
I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share any advice and possibly supply me with a copy of their own business plan.
It's all early days for myself and I am interested in seeing exactly what is involved.
