    Looking for a new challenge?
    Well… We are looking for a Head Brewer with at least 5 years’ experience in an established packaging brewery to join our crew. The right person for the job will be eager to both teach and learn and has a proven ability to create and manage superior, consistent ales and lagers. We’re looking for a solid brewer and a great leader. We’re a new brewery in Dallas, TX focusing on American-style ales and lagers. We’ll start with a small crew and lots opportunity for growth and innovation. We truly want someone that’s creative, desires to grow long term with the company, and can eagerly adapt to the challenges of a startup.

    Job Description:
    Expect to do everything typical of a Head Brewer position, plus expect the unexpected. A passion for getting involved in promoting the brewery and our beers is critical. Must be capable of lifting ~50 lbs. and training staff on safety and cleanliness.

    We are a collaboratively crazy crew who are launching our dream of opening a brewery. Due to the passage of a few beer-centric laws here in Texas, the Texas Craft Brewers Guild is expecting the Texas craft industry to reach $5.6 Billion within the decade!     We drank the craft-Kool-Aid a few years ago and now here we are… looking for people like you. We are currently undergoing construction and plan to install our 3 vessel 30 bbl system later this fall. We are a well-educated team with a passion for great American craft beer. We pride ourselves on our creative adaptability and focus on quality.

    Dallas is an awesome place to live with a lower than average cost of living. It’s the 9th largest city in the US and the third largest in Texas with a population of 1,223,229. The Dallas/Fort Worth area has approximately 6.5 million people… Oh, and only a hand full of craft breweries!

    The Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area has more restaurants per capita than any other metropolitan area in the United States. Not only great, world class restaurants, dive-bars and everything in between, which means more places to sell to and to enjoy great local craft beer!
