    • The WPSM must coordinate all incoming and outgoing freight based on prearranged freight contracts
    • The WPSM must manage all packaging supply inventories such as keg cooperage, six pack carriers, mother cartons, bottles, etc.

    • The WPSM must have the ability to troubleshoot and maintain the mechanical integrity of the packaging equipment
    • The WPSM must contribute toward maintaining an efficient environment for himself and GNBC brewers. This will require a strong appreciation for organization and tidiness

    • The WPSM must be able to work under pressure and on tight deadlines
    • The WPSM must continually keep beer inventory accessible for the Draught House use
    • The WPSM will not necessarily be responsible for packaging everything himself; proficiency in delegating duties to colleagues will be necessary (i.e. kegging and packaging)
    • Upon learning and handling all responsibilities necessary to the WPSM position, this person may be acquainted with some brewing skills and assist in the brewing/cellaring process

Because of the WPSM’s responsibility of operating machinery and equipment, the WPSM will not be allowed to consume alcohol while on shift.
