Cape May Brewing Co. - Production Brewer
Cape May Brewing Company has an opening for a Production Brewer to execute all brewhouse, fermentation, finishing and beer handling functions. This position will primarily report to the lead brewer. Prior experience on a manual brewhouse is strongly preferred. Focus on consistency, safety, quality and teamwork are required.
This position will be involved in all aspects of day-to-day production including receipt of raw materials, wort production, yeast handling and pitching and cleaning.
Must be able to lift 55 lbs, work with chemicals, in a warm environment, not have been convicted of a crime and have a current valid drivers license.
