Founded by two mid 20's/early 30's ex-corporate professionals with an affinity for the California beach life. We are avid home brewers and long time beer lovers who pulled together a quality group of investors to back Redondo Beach's only production brewery. We plan to focus on creative session beers, exploring under-represented styles, and pulling from unique influences…or just make great beer while having a great time.

Duties:
- General. You will be one of three people running the show. So duties listed below are the main focus, but expect to occasionally help out in other places.
- Brewing. Put your production experience to use on our 15bbl Premier Stainless direct fire system. This also includes inventory control, cleaning, and being one with the brew area.
- Recipe Development. General recipes will be a collaboration between the three of us, but we will defer to you for specifics.
- Marketing. You should be excited about the beers you brew and want to show them off - beer dinners, competitions, festivals, etc.
- Taproom. We will need your help in the taproom for the first few months. Don't worry, it will be fun. Unless you don't like fun, in which case this may not work.
- Long, but Flexible Hours. We are all putting in 40hr+ weeks. So the work day ends when it makes sense, not when the pterodactyl screams. Other than brew time being outside of taproom hours we are flexible on most everything else. If you feel like kegging at 2am and sleeping in late the next day, go for it.
