Twisted Pine Brewing Company in Boulder, Colorado is hiring an experienced brewer to join our diverse and growing team.
Qualifications
Knowledge of all brewery operations: cellaring, brewing, packaging
Ability to lift 70 lbs repeatedly
Minimum one year of commercial brewing experience
Ability to work independently and as part of our Twisted team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
Brewing
Yeast handling and fermentation management
Record keeping for brewhouse/ cellaring/ packaging
Dry hopping, volume calculations and yeast cell counts
Assist with research/ piloting for new products
Procurement and maintenance of brewery equipment
Assist with warehousing as needed
Instructor/ guidance of Brewery Assistant(s)
Cellarmanship as needed
Packaging as needed
Compensation
Pay is based on experience. Compensation includes paid time off, 401K, health insurance and free beer!
