I may have found a space to lease for a brewery. 1,100 sq. ft about 5 blocks from my house and right off the main drag of our town. 600/month. Was a pizza take out place etc over the years.
How much space do you need for say a 3 bbl system and up to 4-5 fermenters? The systme I'd think not much. Also have found some walk in coolers that are 6x8 and 7x8 for sale locally (flower shops) that I would consider for a temp controlled room etc.
