I recently got a rotary jet mixer (Alfa Laval IM10) through a trade.
Needed to get rid of a large and old pump from 73 and free some space.
I know what it can be used for in a large brewery, with tanks and kettles in the 1000hl range, but what about a small brewery? With a 10hl brewhouse, 25hl fermenters and 10hl brights.
High impact 360 degree cleaning of kettle and lauter tun is the only thing I can think of that. Maybe deaerating water. Any other suggestions?
