Dock Street Brewery offers a 3-6 month brewery internship program. Dock Street is a 10 bbl brewhouse that brews a variety of award winning and nationally recognized beers including Prisoner of Hell, Rye IPA, Royal Bohemian Pilsner, Man Full of Trouble Porter, Bubbly Wit, to name a few.
The intern will have the opportunity to learn and contribute to many areas of the brewing process. They will work directly with Head Brewer Justin Low. This is a very hands on position and its requires dedication, strength and willingness to learn.
The opportunity is best suited to those with homebrewing experience or brewery education/experience. Must be over 21 and available to work 2+ days/nights per week.
