We are a small brewery located in the SF Bay Area and looking to bring on an intern. We would like to find a candidate that is preparing to go into the Davis or Seibel programs. The right candidate is ready to learn, sweat and be part of a growing team. Other requirements below:
Maintain brewery, TTB, inventory and brew sheet paperwork.
Operate brew equipment to maintain acceptable inventory of raw materials and beer.
Clean, sanitize all equipment, tanks and work areas to maintain consistent beer quality.
Attend planning meetings to discuss upcoming production requirements and events.
Able to represent the brewing staff both in and out of house..
Fundamental knowledge of plumbing and machinery mechanics/maintenance.
Possess basic beer knowledge and a good sense of smell, distinguishing flavors, and colors in beer.
