Pilot System

Anyone got any recommendations on a small pilot system?
We are currently thinking that we would use a Blichman Tower of Power with 55 Gallon Brew Pots.
The brewery that we are opening will be a smaller 10BBL system that we are also looking at purchasing.

Just looking to get everyones thoughts.
