I have experience working in a large scale production brewery, as well as, being the Lead Brewer for a start-up production brewery with a 15bbl system and 30 bbl cellar. I am in search of an opportunity to showcase my brewing skills in a local brewpub setting.

- Recent Gold, Silver and Bronze medals in the San Diego International Beer Comp. and L.A. County International Beer Comp.
- Experienced with a cask program and spirit barrel-aged beers
- Recipe formulation, raw material ordering and inventory management
- Standardizing brewery processes, writing SOPs and training new brewery assistants
- D.E., centrifuge and plate and frame filtration experience
