    We are a local, family-run and totally DIY company. We brew interesting, award winning, tasty beers using the highest quality, all natural ingredients like certified organic hops & malts and local spring water. We have names, not titles and we would like you to join our team! We are currently searching for a Brewer for a full-time, salaried position.

    The brewer should be dedicated, hardworking and dynamic with the desire to contribute to team morale and innovate in a fast paced, fun work environment

    Job Description:
    • Perform all aspects of the brewing process as directed by the Master Brewer
    o grain handling
    o wort production
    o fermentation
    o yeast management
    o filtering
    o cleaning/sanitization
    o safety
    o routine maintenance
    • Being a promotional spokesperson for Beau’s at events
    • Assist Master Brewer in developing new, interesting, and unique beers
    • Submit brewing documentation as required
    • Assist in proper management of brewing supplies and consumables
    • Suggest improvements in our processes that reduce costs, improve products, and/or evolve new beers


    Required Skills/Experience:
    • 2+ years’ experience in a brewery or brewpub and/or other food and beverage production experience.
    • Formal brewing education (Siebel, Niagara College etc.) an asset.
    • Physical capability to lift 25kg bags
    • Ability to follow instructions and multi-task while remaining focused
    • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time (full 8 hour shift)
    • Problem solving skills
    • Strong dedication to quality
    • Exceptional time management skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written, bilingualism an asset
    • Computer skills desirable
