I've had 9 months of experience in running an 8 BBL brewpub and am currently homebrewing while waiting for my Diploma course at Siebel early next year.
I graduate end April, and will be looking for an Assistant Brewer position, anywhere in the world that is passionate about making the best beer possible. I understand that it is pretty early to be up for hire - but there will be delays and all in immigration processing and negotiations. I currently reside in Singapore.
