The Dillon DAM Brewery is seeking an experienced Brewery Manager. We are a customer service oriented, successful, 16 year old brewpub located in the heart of ski country, in Summit County, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have strong brewery management experience with a passion for craft beer. A hospitality skills orientation and the ability to lead a brewery team is a must.
We have a 15 barrel JVNW steam jacketed brew system, with 7 fermenters and 11 serving tanks. We have capacity for up to 13 beers on tap and like to have a wide variety of styles available. We have a DE filter system. We operate a bottling line with local area distribution sales. We barrel age some of our beers. Annual production is 1800 barrels.
Duties include: hands on brewing, maintaining the high quality of our flagship brews, new recipe formulation, ordering and inventory of ingredients, scheduling the three member brew staff, yeast management, cleaning, maintenance, repair and aptitude for mechanical issues, heavy lifting, bottling, and communicating upcoming new releases and style shortages to our advertising department, bartenders, and management. Computer and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a friendly personality are desired.
