Replacement screws/nuts for filter plates?

Prospero plate and frame filter press with plates labeled "Padovan". They use tiny nuts and screws to hold the "pass through" sections of the plates together. Over the years we've had some loosen, fall out and end up in the land of lost brewery parts.

Anyone have leads or experience with replacing these fasteners?
