Looking at starting a small brewery tap room type deal and was trying to get an idea of what people may use for fermenters...? I was looking at the temperature controlled Morebeer ones, for like $2500. Was looking for something that was temperature controlled but was wondering what the verdict was on these and if anyone else has any other ideas?
