Looking for somebody with malting experience, if not professional, must be willing to learn, for start up malting facility. (Malting local barley, wheat, corn and rye) Would be a huge plus to be a knowledgeable brewer to aid in new recipe formulation and small batch beer production. This is a 4000 square foot malting facility on a 300 acre farm with 50 acres of 2 row barley in the ground for this spring's harvest. On site living quarters available for the right person.
