    JOB TITLE: Brand Ambassador
    LOCATION: Administrative Office
    REPORTS TO: Marketing Manager
    POSITION TYPE: Part Time, Hourly
    SHIFT: 4-5 hours most Saturdays and Sundays, and part time weekdays (flexible schedule on weekdays)
    EXTERNAL POSTING DATES: 1/23/2014-2/5/2014

    POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for championing the Bell’s brand via on-site tours and other various Marketing activities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
    •Adheres to and advances the “Safety Always” culture of Bell’s Brewery.
    •Lead tours at both the Comstock and downtown breweries
    •Provide information about the brewing process, respond to customer questions, and positively represent the Bell’s brand during tours
    •Ensure that every guest has a positive experience on the tour and in daily interactions
    •Assist the Marketing Department in day to day activities
    •Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media in a timely and well thought out manner, as a representative of Bell’s Brewery
    •Help coordinate and support Marketing and Sales Events as needed
    •Stay current on brewing industry news and events, both locally and nationally
    •Completion of special projects and assigned tasks as requested

    OTHER ACTIVITIES: May be asked to occasionally work off-site at Marketing and Sales events that occur on nights and weekends.

    •The love and passion for craft beer is a must!
    •Ability to convey knowledge in a personable and engaging way
    •Be enthusiastic and friendly
    •Ability to positively represent the brewery at all times
    •Ability to think on your feet and respond to questions
    •Ability to speak in front of large groups of people on a regular basis
    •Ability to control crowds and handle unforeseen situations when giving tours
    •Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
    •Ability to respond to customer inquiries via email and telephone
    •Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    •Computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite

    •Ability to be on your feet and walk a majority of the time. Walking surfaces may be wet and/or slippery.
    •Ability to talk clearly and loudly for extended periods of time.
