I have an investor asking me about the possibility of using used equipment.
I told him it was hard to find and generally not so much cheaper than new, depending on the situation.
I also told him that on the plus side the resale value of equipment in the 7-15BBl range is quite good, if things don't work out for us.
of course its not going to happen to us =) but he was very interested in more info on what that resale value might be, as it would lower their risk.
Anyone have some better idea. I'm looking at 8.5bbl brewhouse with 4FV and 2BBT HLT, CLT, boiler and glycol, what the value would be in 3-4 years
