Goose Island Beer Company is currently seeking talented and passionate individuals to fill the position of Vintage Market Development Manager in the Boston, MA and Orlando, FL areas. The Vintage Market Development Manager will be responsible for growing sales and distribution of the Goose Island Vintage Ales.

Along with delivering passion and a high degree of energy, qualified candidates will have a good understanding of the craft beer industry, will be self motivated, and have a drive to be the industry leader.

Principal responsibilities include:b
- Maintain retail call frequency to include: maintaining inventory levels, building & restocking displays, permanent point of sale placements, selling in additional shelf space, rotating product, planning promotion activities, and follow-up on delivery issues.
- Introduce and sell in new brands & packages including activities to support sell through.
- Review target account analysis and reports to ensure Goose Island Vintage brands are performing at targeted levels of all accounts.
- Training / education of wholesalers, retailers, and consumers on brands.
- Participate in evening and weekend promotions / events, as necessary.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in brewing industry and/or beer distribution.
- Understanding of pricing models for the three tier system.
- Solid understanding of business math.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Effective business communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and web-based skills.
- Live in the assigned territory or be open to relocating.
- Have reliable transportation and clean driving record.
- Be able to work flexible schedule and travel.
- Bachelor’s degree.
