    Job Description

    As a Brewery Sales Representative for Lucky Town Brewing Company, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, exploring and growing Lucky Town’s business within a specified market of key accounts, scheduling events and presentations, and applying stop-by techniques. How you sell beer is just as important as what beer you are selling, so confidence and an outgoing personality is a must. You must be highly organized and be able to manage your own routing to ensure all accounts in your territory are visited on a regular basis in an efficient manner. You must work with Lucky Town’s beer distributors to maximize the POS exposure in each account and maintain communication with existing accounts to ensure they have the correct quantity of beer for the ordering period.

    Qualified candidates will be required to plan, organize, and control sales functions from conceptual stages through distribution cycles to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. You will be required to visit multiple accounts on a daily basis, and you will be required to work in the market at night. A weekly report will be completed and submitted including account, sales & marketing information. Quarterly and annual goals for wholesalers will be established, tracked and reported.

    Building relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the market is vital for success, and you will develop these relationships by handling all reasonable and cost effective brand support needs in the market and also keeping accounts informed about Lucky Town news and events. Just as important, building relationships with key decision makers and influencers at each distributor is necessary to achieve preferred brand status. Working with craft beer managers and sales staff closely will ensure a strong, positive working relationship that is mandatory for continued growth and success.

    Job Requirements
    • Reside or be willing to reside in the Jackson Metropolitan Area
    • 21 years of age or older to comply with state & federal regulations
    • Personal vehicle
    • Flexible work schedule
    • Ability to respond to marketplace demands by planning time and activities to achieve company goals
    • Relevant sales experience required
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
    • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite a strong plus, but not required


    Benefits

    As a Brewery Sales Representative with Lucky Town Brewing, you will receive a base salary for a trial period to last 4 months. Dependent on successful sales and position performance, you can expect an increase in salary plus incentives at the end of this period.
