  • Do you know the enzyme for beer brewing

    Hi,everybody!
Our company has the enzyme for beer brewing,Is is called ALDC Which is short for a-Acetolactate Decarboxylase .It has the best quality and competitive price. It could let the days of brewing become shorter, and let the taste is good. It is showed that the whole fermentation cycle was shortened to 10 days. The enzyme activity fixes in 2300U/ml or more.
But I don't know how to find the buyer in your country. If somebody is interested in it or know how to find the buyer, please tell me soon.
Or you could send the e-mail to cxw@aldc.com.cn
    Thanks!
    Hoping your answer.

It is used for Diacetyl reduction. It renders Diacetyl into a less flavor active compound. It is most effective when added before/during fermentation. It is also sold as Maturex® L by Novozymes in the US.

Your best bet with sales is to try larger lager breweries who need to push production through in less than 20 days. Most microbreweries would have very little use for this product.
