Garage Brewing Co is looking to hire an assistant brewer at our new pizzeria and
brewery in Temecula, CA. Our brewer has extensive brewing experience
and is a great guy to learn from!
Our four month old brewery is equipped with a new Specific Mechanical Systems direct-
fired 10 BBL system, with four 10 BBL fermenters and eight 10 BBL
serving tanks. We are even ordering two new 20 BBL fermenters that will double our production abilities.
Professional brewing experience is desired in addition to a positive attitude,
willingness to work, and good “people skills”.
Be willing and able to:
• Prepare materials and vessels for production
• Assist with brewing
• Maintain equipment
• Manage inventory
• Lift 55 lbs and move 165 lbs occasionally
• Communicate effectively
• Work safely
• Help with training of servers and tasting room staff
• Work a flexible schedule as needed.
