DC Sales and Event Representative - Part Time
Job Description:
Title: Sales & Event Representative
Department(s): Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Job summary:
Sales and Event Representatives will be motivated, social individuals who have a passion for
craft beer and an outgoing personality. This position is part time and includes some sales
responsibilities and execution of events and promotions. They will work closely with our
Wholesaler Team and Key Retail Accounts to increase sales and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Abundant energy and zest for beer
*Great presentation skills
*Ability to multi-task, self-start and think/act quickly when something needs to be done
*Ability to complete tasks on time and independently
*Proven reliability and consistent, strong work ethic
*Healthy interest in and knowledge of craft beer
*Outside sales experience preferred but not required
*Strong desire to grow professionally with the company
Requirements:
*Based in Washington DC
*Evening work – tastings and promotions
*Weekend work – festivals and events
*Regular communication with the home base and entire sales team
*Reliable transportation
