Hello,
I am in the process of starting a 15 bbl production brewery in Charlottesville, Virginia. I have 50% of the capital needed and am looking for the right partner and/or brewer to make it happen. I do not want silent investors; I am looking for a partner with experience in the industry. Capital is not 100% required as I am confident I will be able to secure the rest of the capital needed through other funding if necessary.
I am looking for a brewer with experience. An ideal candidate will have experience with a brewery start-up, strong chemistry knowledge, operational experience, experience in packaging, ability to wear many hats, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to making the finest beer possible. I am willing to dump beer if it means that only the best leaves the brewery.
Ownership is on the table for the right fit.
