Still looking for the right person to assist in the final phase and completion of a 4000 square foot malting facility and potential start up of an all home-grown, from the dirt to the glass, farm brewery. We have 45 acres of 2 row barley is in the ground for spring harvest. 6 row barley on hand for initial early spring malting. Commercial roaster on site for specialty malts. Brewing equipment on premises to produce up to 300 gallons per batch for initial micro brewing facility, or possible brew on premises, as well as supplying quality malts (barley, wheat and rye) to other local breweries and distilleries.
I have recently completed Malt and Malting Barley Training Program offered by the Canadian Malting Barley Technical Center in Winnipeg, Canada and am confident in the potential and success of this project. However, this project is too big for one person to manage alone. This is a great opportunity for someone willing to start from the beginning and is excited to see the potential and growth afforded by this industry.
