We are new startup brewery here in the San Francisco Bay Area and are currently contract brewing our beers (we are already structured and licensed). We are looking for someone experienced with distribution management and sales also located in the San Francisco Bay Area that would like to be part of the team and help us grow. We want to bring someone on with equity, a founding role, and as an equal partner.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Overall understanding of sales and distribution in the craft beer business.
- Experience developing and managing relationships with beer/alcohol distributors.
- A go getter that can get our beers in front of distributors and build a partnership with them.
- Experience with account management.
- Understand what it means to be part of a startup business and open to doing things different.
- Must currently reside in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
