JOB TITLE: Sales Forecast Master
LOCATION: Administration building, Comstock, MI
REPORTS TO: Director of Sales
POSITION TYPE: Full-time, Salary

POSITION SUMMARY: Manage sales forecast accuracy, forecasting tools and systems. Coordinates sales brand and package needs with Beer traffic Controller. Manages sales and forecast data to provide recommendation and insight to the sales leadership team in regards to allocations and future planning.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.
•Adheres to and advances the “Safety Always” culture of Bell’s Brewery.
•Coordinate with all Lead Brewery Reps and Region Managers to set and maintain annual sales forecast to within 5% accuracy.
•Work closely with Beer Traffic Controller and Brewery Production Scheduler to maintain consistent flow of the right beer in the right package at the right time for maximized distributor order fulfillment.
•Communicate all forecast and allocation related objectives, policies, and procedures with division sales team members.
•Assist Lead Brewery Reps with forecast accuracy and feedback.
•Attend and assist with selected regional and national sales meetings.
•Develop and conduct on-going training programs with sales team and distributors on all aspects of Bell’s forecasting procedures.
•Monitor and report to management on adjustments to the sales forecast.
•Analyze forecast data and share insights with management monthly.
•Accompany Sales team member on work-withs.
•Ability and willingness to maintain flexible work schedules, as weekend and extended workdays are occasionally necessary.
Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of industry experience.
•Prior experience in logistics and data analysis.
•Extensive database experience, five (5) years.
•Moderate level of craft beer product knowledge
IMPORTANT SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
•Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills base
•Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with all internal stakeholders
•Ability to analyze and translate insights data to spot opportunities for improved forecasting
•Demonstrated ability to think strategically
•Ability to work independently with little supervision – self motivated
•Excellent oral, analytical, written, and group presentation communication skills
•Strong organizational & planning skills
