A startup micro brewery + brewpubs located in the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area, is searching for an experienced head brewer to manage the production side of the business. The person hired will be involved in the design and installation of the brewhouse and related equipment. They will be charged with matching recipes to customer and market preferences and be able to bring creativity to experimental and seasonal brews.

The person selected will have a great deal of autonomy and will be part of the senior management team.

Compensation will be very competitive and include bonuses and ownership options earned by producing objective and measurable results.

WORKED IN BREWING , QUALITY CONTROL AND BOTTLING IN INDUSTRIES LIKE SAB MILLER, CARLSBERG AND UNITED BREWERIES IN ASSOCIATION WITH HEINEKEN. OVER 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MIROBREWERIES AS A BREWMASTER IN INDIA. PLANT DESIGN, COMMISSIONING, RECIPE DESIGN, BREWING, QUALITY, TRAINING, RECIPE DESIGN, SALES FORECAST AND ESTIMATION ALONG WITH BRANDING. A GRADUATE IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY WITH MASTERS IN MICROBIAL AND FOOD TECHNOLOGY, ACQUIRED SCHOLARSHIP FROM IBD, AS THE FIRST INDIAN BREWER TO DO SO AND WITH ISO AND FOOD SAFETY KNOWLEDGE. HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN PRODUCT EXCELLENCE AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION IN VARIOUS COMMERCIAL AND MICROBREWERIES ACROSS INDIA WITH KNOWLEDGE OF QUALITY, PLC SCADA, PROCESS MANAGEMENT, WORK SCHEDULING, ORGANIZED INVENTORY AND UTLILITY PARAMERTERS.
