    Job Overview
    This position is responsible for the all things associated with brewing in a brewpub environment.
    Essential Responsibilities
    • Creates the beer recipes
    • Brewing from milling to tap cleaning
    • Selects and orders ingredients/maintains contracts
    • communicate and coordinate with restaurant management
    • Keep accurate records and inventory of materials
    • All federal and state paperwork
    • Cleaning of all equipment and brewing areas
    • maintain preventative maintenance program
    • Train staff
    • Attend and professionally represent brewery at festivals
    • Provide tours to staff and guests
    • Public speaking to groups and events

    Requirements
    Professional brewing education preferred, experience required.

    Must be able to effectively manage time and problem solve as this is a one person job. Must be able to communicate with management, staff and customers. Proficiency at word and Excel. Must be neat and organized.

    Working Conditions
    must be comfortable being on your feet for extended periods, working in wet/cold/warm environments.
    Must be conscious of the safety of yourself, staff and customers as you will be working with various chemicals in public areas.
    Must be able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds and move kegs (150 pounds)

OVER 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MIROBREWERIES AS A BREWMASTER IN INDIA. PLANT DESIGN, COMMISSIONING, RECIPE DESIGN, BREWING, QUALITY, TRAINING, RECIPE DESIGN, SALES FORECAST AND ESTIMATION ALONG WITH BRANDING. A GRADUATE IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY WITH MASTERS IN MICROBIAL AND FOOD TECHNOLOGY, ACQUIRED SCHOLARSHIP FROM IBD, AS THE FIRST INDIAN BREWER TO DO SO AND WITH ISO AND FOOD SAFETY KNOWLEDGE. HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN PRODUCT EXCELLENCE AND PROCESS OPTIMIZATION IN VARIOUS COMMERCIAL AND MICROBREWERIES ACROSS INDIA WITH KNOWLEDGE OF QUALITY, PLC SCADA AND UTLILITY PARAMERTERS.
