Anyone using these guys? http://www.gigayeast.com/professional-brewers - I've heard some positive reviews in homebrew world.

I am using their French Saison Yeast at the moment, and loving the results. Quick fermentation, good esters, dry finish, under 1*p at 7%abv and a nice peppery nose.

I am in SF so the savings on shipping from White Labs is considerable. However our house yeast, 001, I still buy from WL as they have never let me down on that one.

I plan to continue getting our seasonal yeasts from Giga. Quite a few people in SF use them. I have heard mixed results. Hard to say really though, because it is really easy to blame a pour fermentation on the yeast, when it is often other factors.

    Cheers,
