Looking for an assistant brewer for a southern front range brewpub. Candidates should be able to follow SOP's and troubleshoot and correct common brewery issues.
Homebrewing only experience is not adequate for this position. Candidates should have experience and knowledge in CIP, sanitization, brewery pumps, beer transfer, manual keg washing, keg filling, carbonating, wort production, dry hopping, barrel work, chemical handling, and ordering/receiving/inventory of raw materials.
This position is initially an hourly position with the possibility of advancement/promotion for the right individual. Weekly hours can range from 15-30 hours to start.
